THE GOOD GUYS ( ON THE WHOLE)  
THE BAND OF HEROES

Jeremy - He wears a party hat and sorta seems to be in charge of the adventure at the moment. His party hat has yellow stripes on it. He can easily slip into extreme moods.
"Well, who's for sausages?"

Freddy - He's easily scared, and is pretty useless.
His hat is quite big, but his tie isn't very well made.
"NO! PLEASE GOD NO!"

Jack - Quiet most of the time, but seems to be competent when he does decide to do something. mostly. He likes 'adult literature' in a hands-on kind of way. He usually thinks other people are below him on the evolutionary scale.
"Riiiight..."
 
 THE BAD GUYS ( WELL, THEY AREN'T GOOD)

Dark Ninja - Master of Escape.
Our heroes are currently trying to bring him 'doom and destiny'.
"kill them"

Ninjas - These particular ninjas have always been serving the Dark Ninja.
They're expendable, but are usually armed. Unfortunately they haven't mastered the art of silence quite yet.
"WATAAAAA!"
 
OTHER ASSORTED GUYS
Pirate Pete - he's an amiable kind of person, just tries the best he can at his profession and tries to steal as much for himself as he can in the process, just like any hard-working soul. He's the heroes' superior on the ship, but is trying to keep a look out for them anyway.
Captain Fogg - A salty old sea dog, this one's had many a year at sea and can handle himself in a fight. His not all grit though, and has taken a liking to Jeremy and the others because of their complete lack of common sense and an ability to run into suicidal danger without a thought for their safety or that of others around them. He likes pancakes.
Arnold the island security guard - A charismatic dude with a giant spork of power. Apart from that he is a bit sucky.
The Angel - A spirit guide to the newly deceased, possesses almost limitless patience and forgiveness... well, some patience and forgiv... well he's not nasty. And he does have to put up with a lot of shit.
Spacepope - Scary, no?
