order security & payment
All orders are handled using paypal's merchant system, on paypal's website. No transactions are carried out on our site, and no information is requested or stored by us. Paypal's secure severs handle everything so that you know you are shopping safely.
Don't have or want a paypal account? That's fine, you don't need one. When you get to checkout you can pay directly using your credit or debit card.
If you don't have a credit or debit card or really can't stand the idea of using one online then we can arrange for you to pay by cheque, email us and we'll sort it out. Please note that there will be a delay before postage whilst the cheque clears.

postage costs
Postage is a £1.00 flat rate for all orders up to £10, or £1.50 for all orders over £10. Simple! You can check your postage cost at any time by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" link above.

postage destinations
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom by default, but if you live elsewhere and are still interested send us an email and we will let you know how much it would cost to ship to your location!

shipping & delivery times
Orders are wherever possible sent out the next working day. Orders generally take 3 working days from then to arrive.
We will email you to let you know your order has been dispatched, and if for any reason it is not possible to send it out that day we will let you know immediately.

returns & cancellations
Every effort is made to ensure all items are made to the best possible standard, but as items are hand-made slight errors might just slip under the radar. If there is a problem or you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to sort out the situation. We want you to be happy and will generally be more than pleased to send out a replacement or a full refund if there has been a problem with your order.

If for any reason you change your mind about an order before it is shipped we will issue you a full refund. If the order has already been shipped we will contact you and see if we can find a solution so you end up happy!
